They arrived on time and both installers were professional, kind and respectful. When the wrong part came in twice in a row, instead of waiting for a re-order, one of them drove all the way to Asheville and back with the correct part and stayed late until it was all completed.

Paul was so incredibly kind — my dog died yesterday and I asked if we could reschedule and he ended up coming out this morning on his day off. Also, he was very knowledgeable.

Paul gave us great information and saved us a $1,000 as he was able to repair a compressor that another company said needed replacing.

Showed up within his time slot. Checked everything and didn't just replace the first part that was a problem — found multiple problems and fixed them all. He was very helpful and explained everything.

Considering the heat issues, we were very pleased someone came out within two days of our call. Fortunately, he was able to fix the problem and recommended something else he noticed (not related) that ought to be checked out.
